Just saw Duma (with Alex Michaeletos). It was very bad.

Young Xan (Michaeletos), living a non-traditional life on his parents' ranch in Kenya, takes in an orphaned cheetah cub as a pet. Quickly, Xan and Dooms, as the cub comes to be known, become inseparable friends. Based on Cawthra Hopcraft's picture-book. That's the main story line of the movie.

Yesterday, for lunch we went to some French restaurant. I chose the ratatouille, which was plentiful and dinner was ok: couscous salad, veggie burger and chickpeas.

On Friday, after I left, I ate a hamburger. Later I also had some plain bagel with cream cheese. I didn't really eat anything else that day because when I arrived it was about midnight.

I know my nostalgia and regret are silly.

A year is a long time but after just writing that, it becomes clearer.
